Responsibilities

As a Chinese Customer Chat Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing chat support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels
  • Using active listening and a consultative approach to understand customer issues and needs, and recommending appropriate solutions or assistance
  • Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting problems, and providing timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer chat support processes
  • Demonstrating fluency in both written and spoken Chinese, with excellent grammar and communication skills
