Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Managing a portfolio of customers in the Northern Africa Region, including developing and executing customized plans to meet or exceed our growth targets
  • Conducting regular business reviews with customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer plans
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including building trust and credibility through regular communication and follow-up
  • Analyzing customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed our growth targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a software technology company managing and selling to the Telecom industry
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Understanding of network architectures (LTE, 5G) is considered a very strong plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
