Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and measure the impact of your efforts. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media

  • Resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer experience initiatives
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer experience tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of customer experience frameworks and methodologies, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES)
  • Experience with customer feedback and survey tools, such as Medallia or Qualtrics
  • Certification in customer experience, such as Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
