About the Role: Remote Customer Service Specialist

  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
