About the Role
We're seeking an experienced full-stack product engineer to join our Customer Center team, where you'll design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that empower developers to deliver exceptional customer support experiences on mobile apps. As a product-focused engineer with an eye for design, you'll work closely with our team to create web-based tools that make a significant impact on our customers' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop web-based tools that deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborate with the Customer Center team to identify and prioritize product features
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliability and quality
- Contribute to architectural discussions and propose improvements to our system
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth and development
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with a strong background in web development
- Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL
- Experience shipping user-facing, frontend products in React
- Excellent command of at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby)
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including testing, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fully remote culture
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer support or mobile app development
- Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, or other relevant technologies
- Experience using blithequark for a production app
- Strong understanding of workflows and subscription business concepts
