Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and chat. You will be the face of our company, representing our values and mission to every customer interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Handling customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Schedule and Work Environment

As a 4-day weekend shift Customer Care Representative, you will work a 10-hour shift on each of your designated days, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. The schedule for this role is as follows:

• Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
• Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
• Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
• Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

You will work from the comfort of your own home, with a secure and quiet workspace and a strong internet connection. blithequark will provide all necessary equipment and training to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. You will also be eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on individual and team performance. In addition to your salary and bonus, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in customer service software and technology
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• Knowledge of the Lighting Industry and its products
• Experience with customer service software and technology
