Key Responsibilities

As a Front End Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and promote member satisfaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues and provide guidance on self-service technology
  • Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or a similar industry

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
