Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering product-related questions, and providing solutions to issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems or similar
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish and English)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
