Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
  • Managing client incidents and requests through to resolution
  • Providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
  • Driving customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
  • Preparing FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and documenting support related to processes and activities

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Exceptional phone and listening skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts
  • Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in a customer support role or similar environment
  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
  • Knowledge of creating and managing documentation for support processes
