Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via chat, email, or phone
- Managing client incidents and requests through to resolution
- Providing first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise
- Driving customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
- Preparing FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in the Knowledge Base, and documenting support related to processes and activities
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Availability and punctuality for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
