Job Summary
We're seeking highly motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in Meridian, MS. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, building relationships with union members, and driving sales growth through presentations and appointments. Daily Activities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your daily activities will include:
- Inbound and outbound calling to engage with union members and drive sales growth
- Setting appointments and conducting presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge to navigate our systems and complete necessary paperwork
- Quality control to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Leadership development through our proprietary Leadership Academy

Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with union members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
- 18+ years of age and a high school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
