Job Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering process
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
