Responsibilities

As a fully remote entry-level customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Building lasting relationships with clients through empathetic and proactive communication
  • Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom-based virtual appointments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for helping others

Preferred Qualifications
