Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Scheduling appointments, qualifying insurance leads, recruiting patients, and setting medical appointments
• Demonstrating a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Working with a variety of clients, including some of the most recognized companies in their industries
• Collaborating with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
• Ability to work in a quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Availability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
