Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be equipped with the latest technology and training to become a product and solutions expert, able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with technology

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
