Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling escalations with professionalism, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
  • Applying critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Approving adjustments, returns, or other resolutions within established guidelines.
  • Following up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue solutions.
  • Upholding company values by providing honest, ethical, and transparent support.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of customer data and company policies.
  • Staying informed about product updates, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Working closely with team members and leadership to improve service processes.
  • Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay ahead in customer service excellence.
  • Providing feedback to improve company policies and customer experience strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality preferred).

Technology Requirements:

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you'll need:

  • A full-size or all-in-one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer that meets the minimum specifications listed below.
  • Windows 10 Home, Windows 10 Pro, or Windows 10 Pro for Workstations.
  • Windows 11 Home, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations.
  • Mac IOS 12 or newer.
  • A PC that is fully updated with all current windows AND all optional updates.
  • An anti-virus program running on your computer (Microsoft Defender is sufficient).
  • Google Chrome as your primary web browser.
  • 6 GB RAM or higher (we recommend 8 GB or higher).
  • Enough free space available to both install needed systems and run these systems effectively.
  • A minimum optimal screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
  • An external mouse (wired preferred).
  • A keyboard (wired preferred).
  • A webcam (will be utilized for Training and meetings).
  • A USB headset (wired required – wireless/Bluetooth headsets NOT acceptable).
