Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of tasks, including data entry, online surveys, product testing, and participation in focus groups
• Use your own computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in research studies
• Have a stable internet connection and be able to use your webcam for certain studies
• Be able to focus and follow through on tasks, and meet deadlines
• Be able to read, write, and take direction, and type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Participate in research studies and provide feedback and opinions on products and services

Essential Qualifications:

• Education varies by study - all education levels accepted
• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Able to focus and follow through on tasks
• Have a computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

• Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory
• Experience with Microsoft Word or Excel is helpful but not mandatory
