Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work From Home Opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations, and completing necessary paperwork. Key Responsibilities

* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

  • Completing necessary paperwork and ensuring accurate data entry

Minimum Qualifications

  • Age: 18 years or older
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check
  • High School Diploma: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not required
  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
