Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and interpret and follow defined procedures and policies. Responsibilities

* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving complex issues
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions
  • Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology

  • High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a plus for previous experience in customer support or technical support roles

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a deep understanding of health insurance regulations and guidelines
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a focus on resolving complex customer issues and concerns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a plus for previous experience in a similar role
