Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist and Research Panelist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in online research studies, product testing, and focus groups
  • Completing data entry tasks, including surveys, questionnaires, and other forms of data collection
  • Providing feedback and insights on products and services
  • Working independently, but as part of a team, to contribute to the success of our organization
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work completed
  • Meeting deadlines and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively with our team and clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus as more opportunities are available)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel helpful as a tool to keep yourself organized, but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support helpful but not mandatory
