Responsibilities
As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and virtual Zoom meetings. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Educating customers on their insurance benefit options and coverage plans
- Answering questions about policies and helping clients make informed decisions

Requirements
We're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates and students welcome)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Zoom, email, and CRM tools
