We're looking for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our team and help us achieve our vision.
Job Summary
As a Solutions Engineer at blithequark, you'll be responsible for collaborating with new and existing customers to deliver exceptional support and guidance throughout the entire customer life cycle. From presale to setup, installation, and ongoing support, you'll be the go-to expert for all things K8s and cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with our customers and drive business growth through innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the customer life cycle, from presale to setup, installation, and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain documentation to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in K8s, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations (systems, software, infrastructure, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience supporting external customers (solutions, customer success, support, etc.)
- Strong understanding of orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, and storage services)
- Proficiency in AKS, EKS, GKE, and cloud-native technologies
- Linux skills (Bash, Shell) are a must
- Programming skills in Python, Go, C, and IaC
- Degree in Engineering, CS, EE, CE, or relevant discipline is ideal
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Experience with security and compliance in cloud infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
