Job Description:Bank Support Analyst - LoansRemote positionHours 8 am - 5 pm CST (rotating coverage Sat 7am-1pm CST)Are you a go-getter with excellent customer service experience? Join our growing Loans team as a Bank Support Analyst where you will use your skills to quickly resolve customer issues, and provide information to banks in a timely, accurate and relevant way, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and a high level of quality.JOB SUMMARYBank Support Analysts ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, accurate communication and coordination with other departments to resolve bank customer inquiries. They are the first point of customer contact for any Loan service inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain relationships with customers by responding to support questions via phone and web-based support portal.Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature. Researching issues to find a resolution that satisfies the customer.Demonstrates a basic knowledge of Loan application functionality, including ancillary products/services.Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concernsContinuous learning of CSI's products to meet skill levels and goals of the department.Performs other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & Certifications: Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school. Skills and Competencies:Customer service experience.Willingness to learn.MS Office suites, very comfortable using Excel.Analytical mindset with the ability to research and solve problemsExperience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience related to the following skills:Experience and deep understanding of Loans required, preferably loan processing.Any experience that includes secondary market loans and dealer loans preferred.Experience with CSI Core NuPoint and Loans (LNS) is highly regarded.Ancillary Products experience helpful:RMS - Risk Management SystemCVS - Collateral Valuation SystemNET - NuPoint Exception TrackingCustomer service experience required.Banking experience, preferred.Location: Remote, will Strongly consider candidates in the Paducah, KY area (if you live near an office there is an expectation that you will go in the office 2 days a week).Travel: No travel typically required.As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
