Join Our Team

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, handling incoming calls, emails, texts, and web chat inquiries with ease and professionalism. You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns, booking services, and troubleshooting software issues, all while working collaboratively with our fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently

  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide technical support to customers and service providers
  • Work collaboratively with our remote team, utilizing technology for team communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and situations
  • Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
  • Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple issues at the same time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases, including homeowners and service providers
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
