Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell air travel on blithequark, while also providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air travel on blithequark to government agencies and corporate clients.

  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets.
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights.
  • Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills.
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE.
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution.
  • Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable.
  • Satisfactory attendance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

  • Knowledge of the airline industry and its regulations.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
