Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries via phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other technology systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and first contact resolution.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a home-based setting.
  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services, or experience working in a similar industry or sector.
  • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English.
  • Experience with customer service metrics, including customer satisfaction, net promoter score, and first contact resolution.
  • Certifications or training in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
