As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
  • Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
  • Troubleshooting software issues and providing technical support to customers and service providers
  • Collaborating with our remote team to ensure seamless communication, training, and meetings

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote-based team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
  • Experience with software troubleshooting and technical support
  • Familiarity with household chore automation services or similar industries
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
