About the Role
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be part of our Business Operations team, which is responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, and insights into business decisions that drive the company forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data models, ETLs, and metrics to support business operations
- Work closely with the Data Engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
- Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to develop and maintain reporting and analytics capabilities
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with the Data Science team to develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong expertise in data modeling and ETL development using tools such as SQL, SparkSQL, or Hive
- Strong expertise in data governance and quality processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience working with machine learning models and algorithms
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Experience working with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
