Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, including troubleshooting, resolving connectivity and account issues, and offering step-by-step guidance for internet and device-related problems.
- Responding to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, using various tools to assist customers and resolve their queries in a timely manner.
- Utilizing Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM.
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, and participating in quality assurance activities to improve customer service.
- Working overnight shifts and rotating weekends, adapting to changing schedules and priorities to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM).
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience with Sonar CRM and Fresh Desk ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts and internet protocols.
