Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing detailed information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and feedback
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services offered by our clients
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Qualifications
To succeed as a Remote Chat Specialist, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills (you'll be working on a computer and navigating our chat platform)
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone (you'll need to attend remote training sessions and interact with customers via chat)
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and its products and services
- Fluency in multiple languages (although not required, it's a plus!)
