Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and support issues via phone, email, and chat in German and English.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services related to the biotechnology industry.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Assist in processing orders and managing customer accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer queries are resolved entirely and satisfactorily.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and enhance service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the biotechnology or related industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using customer support software and technology tools.
