Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
