Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Customer Support Experience: Experience in customer support roles, particularly in online chat or messaging, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, with a high-speed internet connection and the ability to work independently.
  • Tech-Savviness: Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Availability: Availability for various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
