As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression on the phone and in person
- Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence
- Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs
- Understanding the importance of attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality
- Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
- Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked
- Enjoying working in a technical workplace and being adaptable to new technologies and systems

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
