A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you will work diligently with customers, providing solutions, answering general customer service questions, and addressing service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. You will utilize your unique troubleshooting skills to own all customer interactions, aiming for one-call resolution. At the end of each day, you will feel satisfied knowing that you have made a positive impact on customers' lives, providing the same level of service you would expect for yourself.

Brand Champion Skillset

To succeed as a Brand Champion, you should:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Have previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one-call resolution
  • Be able to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, applying those learnings in real-time

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

To work from home as a Brand Champion, you will need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • An Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • A personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A webcam
  • Note: Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
