Role

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a vital role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible, and if issues arise, you'll work diligently to resolve them in a timely and high-quality manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience.

• Resolve all customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Become an expert in blithequark's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

You

If you're a curious and growth-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.
• Has at least 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Is available to work weekends.
• Has a solid understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations.
• Has experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
• Is a proactive problem-solver and process-improver with a customer-centric mindset.
• Has a strong obsession with customers and a passion for serving them.
• Has knowledge of collectibles, a plus.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or college experience.
• Has previous start-up experience, a plus.

Team Environment

As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Our team members are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Hourly rate: $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour (dependent on level, experience, and expertise)
