Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, with a focus on creative problem-solving and adaptability
  • Time and task management, multitasking, and prioritization to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions

Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy
  • High level of self-motivation, success-driven, and comfortable working from home
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing projects and updates
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with a focus on prioritization and deadlines

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems, is a plus. Spanish bilingual skills are also highly valued.
