Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues. You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. This is a part-time remote position, requiring a minimum of 8 hours per week, with flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services, working closely with our technical team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to upsell and cross-sell our services, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry and its products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
