Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals navigate their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure they understand their coverage and options. Through your expertise and knowledge, you'll empower our members to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while also expanding your own skills and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions

• Provide personalized support and guidance to help members understand their pharmacy benefit plans
• Offer solutions to improve their healthcare experience and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, or military experience

• Proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
