Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in accurately keying applications into our database, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
* Key paper applications into the blithequark database with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain acceptable keying speed and accuracy, adhering to established standards and guidelines
- Assist the deposit room with entering checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
- Assist with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with management to address and suggest systematic opportunities and issues, driving continuous improvement and excellence
Education and Work Experience
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a related field
