Job Summary
As an experienced full stack data entry specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of patient data, prescriptions, and other pharmacy-related information. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve patient issues, and maintain accurate records. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately and efficiently process patient data, prescriptions, and other pharmacy-related information
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, prescriptions, and other pharmacy-related data
* Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and pharmacy operations
* Stay up-to-date with current information on pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices
* Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy team or management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field
* Current pharmacy licensure in the states within the region
* Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of pertinent state and government controlled substance regulations
* Affirmed Immunizer or able to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
* Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, regulations, and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
