What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of one of the nation's largest brands, interacting with customers via inbound calls and building meaningful connections that drive loyalty and retention. You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

To succeed in our remote environment, you will need:

  • A reliable computer and internet connection (cable or fiber internet service only, with a minimum speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload)

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Must live in the state of North Carolina
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
