Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for refining kid assistance remittances in the SDU (Condition Price Device) device in accordance with Standard procedure. Key Responsibilities

As a Work From Home Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Refining kid assistance remittances in the SDU (Condition Price Device) device in accordance with Standard procedure
  • Gathering, analyzing, coordinating, and assessing information to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Working independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Maintaining a general understanding of plans and procedures, and adapting to changes as needed
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Secondary School Diploma or degree, or equivalent
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and use your own initiative and judgment to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Standard procedure and SDU (Condition Price Device) device
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
