About the Role

In this exciting role, you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home in Kentucky, engaging directly with our pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for our customers. Essential Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of pet health and wellness, or a passion for the pet industry
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
