Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring all policies and compliance standards are met.
• Direct teams in executing light and heavy housekeeping as well as laundry duties across various shifts.
• Lead staff training, conduct quality control assessments, and manage timely project completion.
• Maintain detailed records of income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment, utilizing HCSG software.
• Act as a liaison between building administrators and HCSG staff, communicating directives with clarity.
• Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe handling of cleaning products.
• Consistently demonstrate good attendance and punctuality while completing assigned tasks efficiently.
• Represent HCSG positively by interacting courteously with supervisors, co-workers, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in healthcare housekeeping and management preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude and effective communication skills to interact with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks as required.
• Can perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working with food and cleaning materials.
• Able to comprehend oral and written instructions.
• Must reside within the service area.
