Key Responsibilities As a part-time Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to orders, payments, and account management. * Assisting customers with product inquiries, returns, and shipping concerns. * Processing customer feedback and suggesting improvements based on customer insights. * Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including quality standards, productivity targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. * Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, policies, and procedures. * Collaborating with team members to identify and resolve recurring issues and improve service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using email, web browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite. * A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. * Access to a reliable internet connection. * The ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications While prior experience in customer service or related roles is not required, it is preferred. Additionally, experience working in remote or virtual settings is a plus. Working Hours This is a part-time, remote position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as customer demand fluctuates. Shifts typically range from 20 to 29 hours per week.
