A Day in the Life of a Lead Pharmacy Technician As a Lead Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our front-end pharmacy technician team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including: * Collaborating with senior technicians to coordinate daily production of assigned areas, including data entry, customer service, and automation * Troubleshooting and assisting with front-end processes and workflow issues to identify solutions * Partnering with pharmacy leaders on team training plans and collaborating with field training teams as needed * Assisting in orientation, training, and education programs for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state, and federal laws The blithequark Difference At blithequark, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our customers in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Verifiable High School Diploma or GED * Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law * One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician Preferred Qualifications While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Prior experience in the long-term care industry * PTCB National Certification Education A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
