Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience

  • Utilize our State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to perform all tasks and duties for HIX customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with CRM software and other State systems

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
