As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in making people's lives simpler, faster, and safer. Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding Customer Inquiries: You will respond to customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to address varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns.
  • Escalating and Transferring Calls: You will escalate, transfer, or complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more.
  • Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
  • Tracking Call-Related Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish/English: You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • High School Diploma or GED: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Call Center Experience: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
  • Typing Skills: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Computer Skills: You must be comfortable using a desktop computer system and have experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: You must have proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills and be able to think critically.
  • Availability: You must be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Organization and Time Management: You must be able to prioritize your work and manage your time effectively.
  • Independence: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Composure: You must be able to stay composed and objective, even in challenging situations.
  • Listening Skills: You must have strong listening skills and be able to understand and respond to customer needs.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

  • Internet Connection: You must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Quiet Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
