Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Provider Data Maintenance and Support

About the Role

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to provide operational support and maintain data for basic to complex transactions. This role will involve working with multiple databases, ensuring high-quality provider data, and collaborating with other departments to meet or exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions

• Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
• Works with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality Provider data
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed expectations
• Develops and implements data management solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and quality

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases

• More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance or service
• Excel proficiency
• Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
• Proficient in the applications of Microsoft Office
• A track record of success that prioritizes work
• Successful collaboration with others to meet or exceed expectations
• Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year

• Associate's degree or work experience that is comparable

* Excellent data management and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with data management software and systems

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this position is $17.00 to $28.46 per hour, depending on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors. In addition to the base pay range, this position is eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
