About the Role
The Advertising team at Netflix is responsible for building a new, top-tier advertising association to establish Netflix as the premier platform for advertiser partners and drive advertising revenue. As an Associate, Ads Business Operations, you will play a critical role in managing projects and drives that make the Advertising team more operationally efficient. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing projects and drives that enhance the Advertising team's productivity and efficiency
- Developing and delivering internal all-staff presentations, including content and production
- Owning and coordinating communication, expectations, and integrated resources
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with demonstrated expertise in managing projects and driving clarity of communication with various stakeholders
- Leading change management and communication systems for these projects
- Assisting in the execution and implementation of key business tasks capabilities
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3 years of experience in advertising/promoting related fields, program or project management, and event management
- A strong associate who embraces diverse perspectives and experiences to make better decisions
- A collaborative person who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capability in Google Suite (Docs, Gmail, Drive, Schedule, and Google Slides)
- A demonstrated history of innovation, growth, and implementing better methodologies
- A proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
